Pilipili, already an established name in the Kortrijk design landscape, responded to Fibrocit's request to think about the cinema chair of the future. Gaetan Kerckhove reinforced the tandem from the start of the project.

Senior Designer: Pilipili

Pilipili Productdesign & Engineering nv was founded in 1996 by product developers Steven Dehollander and Adriaan Debruyne. Meanwhile Pilipili counts 13 employees.
The multidisciplinary team has evolved into a full R&D partner for conceptual and mechanical design of industrial products in various sectors (consumer goods, machine construction, electronics applications, medical equipment, packaging). For developments 'from art to part', we can consult an international network of suppliers.
A product takes shape through 4 development phases: analysis-concept-design-engineering. When making offers, we always try to estimate the development in these 4 steps. The coordination of the prototyping and the prototypes is offered at a management rate.

Junior Designer: Gaetan Kerckhove

Gaetan Kerckhove is a freelance designer from Kortrijk. He gained his experience as a product designer at the design agency Pilipili in Kortrijk.
