A green future in motion: discover the new construction project EVER in the KIOSK
EVER is an initiative of Real Estate Group Degroote and will fill the KIOSK this summer with inspiring scenography by Nanopixel.
How do you show a place that does not yet exist?
EVER is a future-oriented urban development project on the former Blekerijsite in Kortrijk. What is today a wasteland will soon become a vibrant and green residential area. The installation is a creation of Nanopixel, which uses technology to make experience tangible, and MOQO, which shaped the project's identity. In collaboration with Real Estate Group Degroote, they are building not just a residential project, but a shared vision of the city of tomorrow: sustainable and thoughtful.
EVER is not yet built and yet already there. Not as stone or steel, but as a promise of space: open, mobile and drenched in green. A different take on urban living.
In KIOSK, that vision is already taking its first tangible form. The installation invites you to look, move and slow down. At its centre is a monumental “V”, the project's graphic anchor point, which refers to the two residential towers. Walking past it subtly sets it in motion. Light, mist and a living moss wall enhance that experience and form the symbolism to the green character of the future city park.
What does it mean to live in a city that is constantly changing?
Perhaps it starts with places that don't just build, but also green. That make space for rest, meeting and public connection. Where architecture is not merely functional, but moves with the rhythm of the city and the people who live there. A place where nature, city and community are not opposed to each other, but flow together to create a new form of living.
