How did you end up at BUDA lab?
Five years back I got the tip from some people who know me well and thought this would be something for me.
What made you decide to become a volunteer?
Here I can unleash my creativity and help people with their projects.
What is your contribution as a volunteer at Buda?
I keep the lab open, help people with their projects and teach them how to use the machines. I also help maintain the machines.
What makes Buda lab worthwhile, fun or special to you?
If you are stuck with a project or you lack specific knowledge, you can always find someone in BUDA lab who can help you further.
How would you describe BUDA lab?
I think BUDA lab is a cozy place where you can let your creativity run wild and where everyone is welcome.
What specialty(s) do you have as a maker at Buda?
I am familiar with woodworking, CNC milling, 3D printing and 3D drawing.
What do you like to make yourself?
I make my own machines such as a laser cutter or 3D printers at home. I also like model making both boats and trains.
What materials do you like to work with?
Wood is my preferred material. It has a warm appearance and is different every time.
How do you like to see Buda lab evolve?
I hope it will become a place that many more people will discover.
