Designregio Kortrijk is looking for a new creative partner for the graphic design & scenography of the exhibition WE ARE THE NEXT GENERATION 2026 (WATNG).
Assignment
Every year, WATNG showcases the designers of tomorrow:
The most promising young designers from Belgian creative design education, selected by a jury and showcased online and in an exhibition. WATNG is the main exhibition of the WONDER Festival and welcomed over 18.000 visitors in 2025.
For the 2026 edition, Designregio Kortrijk is seeking a creative team/partner to develop the graphic design and scenography for the upcoming edition:
- design of a new graphic style + derivatives
- scenography: concept development + execution of the exhibition of approximately 35 works, fall 2026
What do we expect?
Send us your portfolio and the team that would be working on the assignment (graphic as sceno) to info@designregio-kortrijk.be, deadline 08.01. 3 selected applicants will then receive the detailed brief and will be able to submit a dossier including a draft for the graphic design. We will provide a fee for this.

Lisa is responsible for the offline and online visibility and communication of Designregio Kortrijk. She is always looking for the next big thing in young design talent and builds up the creative community of the organisation.
