Lunch session for creative entrepreneurs: AI and IP

IFORI and Designregio Kortrijk invite creative entrepreneurs to a lunch session on AI and intellectual property

Discover the power of AI without needing to be a tech expert straight away.

During our lunch session at the IFORI office in Kortrijk, we’ll guide you through the world of artificial intelligence in an accessible way. We’ll explain exactly how machine learning and AI work, and what happens behind the scenes when a model learns, predicts and generates.

We’ll also look at how AI and copyright intersect. What do you give up when you use data or creations as input for an AI model? And what intellectual property rights do you have over the output produced by such a model?

Finally, we’ll guide you through the AI Act. We’ll explain what this new European legislation entails and how it impacts your organisation or day-to-day practice.

You’ll receive clear examples, useful insights and practical tips that you can immediately apply in your own work.
