Dries Otten

Dries Otten is known for his dedication to colour and his ability to design playful joinery.

He uses a no-nonsense approach, resulting in clear forms in search of the archetype. Some of the projects are still made by hand in his own workshop. Knowledge of, and the sensation of, materials, the historical framework, colour contrasts and constructive simplicity are central to the designs of Dries Otten.
