Studio Matta

Matta is the design studio of Eva De Smet & Jan Vandekerckhove, dedicated to interior architecture, objects and the encounters in between. They embrace the former chapters of a place, nevertheless they rephrase its evolving course by adding a new typology of materiality, tactility and curiosity. For Studio Matta every home equals a particular rhythm, retreat and renaissance where light and darkness meet in the poetry of the people who reside it.
