Hello, I am Melanie, 35 years old and graduated as an interior designer, but since 2 years now I am a certified craftsman furniture maker. I make custom-made furniture in solid wood, and for this I prefer to use the wood from old furniture, which I saw and rework into a modern design. Since the end of February, I also have a pop-up in shopping centre K in Kortrijk, where I sell the handmade rattan furniture and decoration of the Balipati brand. (Also founded by a native of Kortrijk, by the way).
