MARKLAND architects was founded in 2018 by Dennis Delvael, Kevin Huysentruyt and Steven Vanwildemeersch. The studio in Kortrijk is a creative platform that openly explores, questions and, together with our clients, translates their opportunities into fresh, no-nonsense architecture. From years of experience and a rich portfolio, MARKLAND architects design contemporary and well-considered architectural concepts, with great attention to a responsible and sustainable use of space, materials and detailing.

We carry out these projects in close consultation and cooperation with the client and project partners. We combine a personal approach with professional expertise. In a strong network of partners in urban planning, architecture and interior design, we build inspiring places. Places that not only take up space, but above all give space back. MARKLAND architects is curious and deliberately focuses on collaborations in diverse contexts; where the scale varies from master plan to dwelling.
