Through his Livable® platform, Verboom brings together partners who are as diverse as their geography: from the Peruvian Amazon to Indonesia, and from local authorities or commercial companies to NGOs.

Verboom graduated in Industrial Design (HOWEST) and in Sustainable Development (VIVES), both in Kortrijk (BE).

His collaborative approach has been recognised internationally, with numerous exhibitions and awards. In 2018, Sep Verboom won the Belgian Henry Van De Velde Award for Young Talent. In 2020, his commitment to socially engaged design earned him the prestigious title 'Designer of the Year' from Biennale Interieur.
Spreading his stories by giving lectures and exhibitions. Whether in Sao Paulo, London, Berlin, Milan, Amsterdam, Kortrijk or Brussels, Sep is feeling lucky to experience other cultures, meet people and open his eyes, resulting in a no nonsense approach.

In 2012 Sep Verboom graduated Industrial Product Design at HOWEST (Kortrijk) with a postgraduate in sustainable development. For his final thesis project Sep Verboom went for 6 months to the Philippines, the beginning of an awarded organisation that focuses on social inspired projects, 'Livable'.
